OAK HARBOR, Ohio The superintendent of the Benton-Carroll-Salem Local Schools plans to step down next year, school officials said yesterday.

Before joining Benton-Carroll-Salem, Mr. Schnoor was a financial consultant for the Ohio Department of Education for two years.

Before that, he was interim superintendent of the Bucyrus, Ohio, school system and was superintendent of Eastwood Local schools for 11 years.
