Enrollment in the Anthony Wayne schools is up by 199 students this year, from 4,054 in September 2004 to 4,253 this September, district officials report.
Enrollment is expected to grow by 2,000 students in the next 10 years. Results of a demographic study are to be presented later this month, after the state's official enrollment count. Plans for expansion could require $50 million in new construction.
