Parents of registered Toledo Public Schools students may apply, starting Monday, for free school uniforms paid for by Lucas County Jobs and Family Services.
Applications will be accepted at Leverette Junior High from Monday through June 29, at Waite High from Monday through June 15, and at Libbey High from June 18-29. Applicants who meet eligibility requirements will receive approval letters.
By applying for free uniforms during the three-week window, each eligible student within a family will receive three tops, two bottoms, a sweater, and a belt. Availability of free uniforms will be greatly reduced after June 29, the school district said.
