BOWLING GREEN The race will be on again Saturday in an event that, among other things, plugs renewable energy.
Bowling Green State University s third annual Grand Prix is at 2:30 p.m. The track opens at noon.
Nine teams are entered. The event, free and open to the public, is in Parking Lot N on the BGSU campus near Ridge Street. The race consists of 60 laps and 12 miles of driving.
The main event features student drivers and crews racing go-carts wheel-to-wheel using renewable, ethanol-based E-85 fuel.
Public parking is available in Lot 16, north of the Moore Musical Arts Center.
