Terra College teams up with online university

FREMONT Terra Community College has set up a partnership with the Florida-based Kaplan University that will allow students to easily transfer credits.

The recently signed agreement between Terra and the online university maximizes transfer credits through the Advanced Start Baccalaureate Program, also called the 2+2 Option. It spells out the procedures for a student who has completed a certificate, diploma, or associate s degree program at Terra to transfer to a Kaplan degree program.

Students will be able to take courses at both institutions concurrently and have access to advising and other services at both.
