Terra trustees award $2.45 million for campus work

FREMONT — Trustees at Terra Community College this week awarded a $2.45 million contract to Telemon Construction of Fremont for the renovation and expansion of an academic building on campus.

Building D, as it is known, will be reworked to house the nursing, allied health, music, and arts programs. The work is to be completed by the fall of 2011.

Harp Contractors, Inc. of Northwood was previously awarded the general contract, but later withdrew its bid.
