Northwest State opens new building for tours

ARCHBOLD, Ohio — Northwest State Community College will offer tours of its new Allied Health and Public Services Building from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The 20,000-square-foot building housing the nursing program was part of a $5.5 million project.
