SWANTON — Swanton Middle School is among 54 schools in Ohio that soon will have two new combination water fountains and bottle-filling stations installed through a program designed to encourage children to drink more water during the school day.
The school was a winner of “Rethink Your Drink: Water’s Cool at School,” a program of the Delta Dental Foundation. The foundation is the nonprofit, charitable arm of Delta Dental of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and North Carolina.
Swanton Middle also received reusable water bottles for students and staff.
