Columbia Gas rate to be 45¢ for February

Columbia Gas of Ohio has lowered the price of natural gas for February to 45 cents per 100 cubic feet from 50 cents in December and 64 cents in February, 2011.

The average consumer bill is projected to be $102.82, a decrease of $28 from the same month last year, the company reported.
