The 19th annual Food Fest by Gail Guggenheim, a weekend of cooking classes and demonstrations, will be held Jan. 23-25 at Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa in Morgantown, W.Va.
The program includes American Bistro Cuisine with chef-owner Christopher Prosperi and his wife and co-owner, Courtney Febbroriello, of Metro Bis Restaurant in Simsbury, Conn.; Asian Wraps with Carrie Walters of Dorothy Lane Market's School of Cooking in Dayton, and Paprika Primer with Cynthia Zadeskey Holub of Western Reserve School of Cooking in Hudson, Ohio.
The event is $349 per couple. It includes a guest room for two for Friday and Saturday nights, continental breakfasts, Saturday night dinner, and classes and tastings. Information: 800-624-8300.
