Recipe: Sutherlands' Quick Ice Cream

“We keep our parties simple so that we can spend more time with our children and grandchildren,” Shelley Sutherland.

4 eggs

1 12-ounce can evaporated milk

1 14-ounce can Eagle Brand condensed milk

1 quart whole milk

11/2 cups sugar

1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until creamy. Pour into ice cream freezer container and follow directions given by manufacturer.
