    Nick Hugo, 16,, who has Asperger's Syndrome, has been the Beford High School freshman football team manager for the past two years. In the final play of a game against Saline Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, Bedford took one un-timed down so Nick, wearing the number 11, could run the ball on a play led by his brother, Jacob, against the Saline defense. His family was standing in the end zone to cheer him on, and both teams rushed in to celebrate with Nick.

Runway Style Show presented by Sophia Lustig Shops, Reve Salon, and Neil’s Men’s Shop was Oct. 1 at Registry Bistro; Intercultural Fashion Show on Oct. 5 at The Pinnacle; style show and luncheon presented by The Auxiliary to the Ability Center on Oct. 7 at the Pinnacle; and the bagnifique luncheon and purse raffle.
