NWOAL: Patrick Henry stays unbeaten in league

MONTPELIER - Patrick Henry placed four in double figures last night in an 80-49 NWOAL victory over Montpelier.

Justin Bostelman and Trent Meyer scored 16 apiece, Logan Haake added 13 and Marc Krauss had 10 for the Patriots (11-3, 5-0).

Dustin Martinich led Montpelier (1-15, 1-5) with 12 and A.J. Hephner added 11.

The Patriots led 19-9 after one quarter and 41-20 at the half.

Each team made six treyys, the Patriots had only a 12-9 advantage in made foul shots, but Patrick Henry made 25 2-pointers to the Locomotives 11.

DELTA - Chris Carpenter scored 23 points to lead the Bears (7-9, 2-4), including 10 in the fourth quarter.

Clint Russell paced Delta (3-11, 2-4) with 20 points and Ryan Shackelford added 13.

Bryan made 8 of 18 foul shots to Delta s 2 of 5.

SWANTON - Evergreen s Nick Langenderfer scored 16 points - the only player in the game to reach double digits.

Evergreen (9-6, 2-5) led 11-4 after one quarter and 20-10 at the half.

The Vikings hit seven treys.

Kyle Kissling led Swanton (0-15, 0-7) with eight points.

CONTINENTAL - The Tigers had to scored 13 points in the fourth quarter to reach 29.

Chris Newsome led Continental with 16 points.

Three players scored eight for Liberty Center - Tory Rasey, Brian Babcock and Tyler Sharpe.
