COLUMBUS -- Gibsonburg used a two-out error today to score twice in the fifth inning and beat Jackson Center 2-1 in a Division IV state baseball semifinal at Cooper Stadium.

With runners on second and third, the Golden Bears' Alex Black hit a high popup in front of the plate that dropped; Black was safe at first on a throwing error that allowed both runners to score.

Gibsonburg (13-17) will play Lancaster Fisher (26-7) in the state title game Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Cooper Stadium. Jackson Center ends its season at 23-7.
