The Wildcat defense forced a five-second violation and Northview (3-0) then missed two free throws.

The Cougars knocked the ball out of bounds with 1.7 seconds left, giving Northview yet another shot at the victory.

Fouty missed a shot, but was fouled, setting the stage for the big finish in the frantic final seconds.
