Toledo Christian defeats Old Fort

Toledo Christian defeated visiting Old Fort last night on the strength of 25 points by Emily Cellier and 21 from Joanna Beauch.

Shannon Longenecker added 16 and Kara Segler 12. Cellier also had 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Old Fort's Mandi Leemaster scored 22 points. Amy Cuff had 12 and Lindsay Hoffert with 10.

CANTON GLENOAK 33

Start's T.T. Arnold and Yolanda Richardson scored 13 points each in their defeat of Canton GlenOak. Arnold had 14 rebounds and 11 blocked shots.

CARDINAL STRITCH 31, CLAY 27

Katie Bochi's 10 points led Cardinal Stritch over Clay, which was held to just two points in the second quarter. Nikki Steinmetz had nine for Clay.

DANBURY 70,

TIFFIN CALVERT 34

LAKESIDE - Stef Kosa scored 15 points for Danbury. Christine Langer added 14 and Megan Twarek 12. Calvert was paced by Michelle Sikora with 13.

FREMONT ST. JOSEPH 48, LAKOTA 44

KANSAS - Fremont St. Joseph got 12 points from Alyse Gonya and 10 from Megan Boukissen.

Lakota's Cara Lentz had 17, , and Alison Park contributed 12.

OAK HARBOR 63, HURON 23

HURON - Sara Lipstraw led Oak Harbor on the strength of 10 points. Katie Oberhaus had five of Oak Harbor's 20 rebounds.

Kaitlin Rieman paced Huron with six points.

HAMLER - Cortney Schimmoeller led Ottoville with 22 points. Gina Beining poured in 15 points. Samantha Seeman had 11 points for the Patriots.

FREMONT - Britta Barron scored 12 points to lead Fremont Ross past Woodward. Lisa Rowlett paced Woodward with four points.

PORT CLINTON 55,

PORT CLINTON - Allie DeCaro hit 3 free throws in the final 30 seconds to give Port Clinton a win over St. Mary.

Mari Monaco was high scorer for Port Clinton with 17, and Mallory Long scored 12.

Jessica Thomas scored 13 points for St. Mary, Olivia Kromer 11, and Kathleen Phillips 10.

LEIPSIC 78, AYERSVILLE 75

AYERSVILLE- Brittany Schroeder scored 23 points and her sister Brittany added 19 to lead Leipsic in overtime. Kayla

Nuveman added 15 and Shannon Nadler 12 for Leipsic.

Christa Rupple paced Ayersville with 26 points. Kimber Brown added 22 points and Kristen Nicely 18.

AYERSVILLE - Stephanie Spitnale scored 17 points for Continental. Allison Streicher added 14 and Jessica Brown 10. Haley Figy scored 21 to lead Fayette. Stephanie McCord scored 14 and Danny Wyse 11.

BOWLING GREEN - Otsego's Ashley Gruelich scored 16 points and Amanda Perez 12.

Whitney Lane had 11 points for the Bobcats.

TIFFIN COLUMBIAN 59,

TIFFIN - Columbian hit on 58 percent from the field, as Megan Florence poured in 16 points. Jill Stein scored 14 points. Lisa Brown had 11 points for Miller City.

HOPEWELL-LOUDON 49,

BLOOMDALE - Kim Hohman scored 15 points and Courtney Ritzler had 12, for Hopewell-Loudon. Brooke Morgart had 24 points for Elmwood.

LAKE 51, NORTHWOOD 41

Lake defeated Northwood on the shooting of Jennifer LaPlante's 17 points. Amanda Cutcher added 10 points for the Flyers.

Northwood was led by Maddie Clark who had 13 points and Michelle Klenke, 12.

NAPOLEON 55, HOLGATE 51

NAPOLEON - Chelsea Gerken scored 21 points, as the Wildcats defeated Holgate.

Liza Clady led Holgate with 32 points. Karli Rothman had 14.

SWANTON 72,

EASTWOOD 52

PEMBERVILLE - Abby

LaVigne scored 14 points to lead Swanton. Eastwood got 11 points from Katie Cameron.

LIBERTY CENTER 53, WAUSEON 51

WAUSEON - Kaitlin Rohrs sank 16 points for the visiting Tigers (4-5), as they defeated Wauseon (4-3) in double overtime. Shelly Cain had 20 points for Wauseon; Krista Roe had 12.

STRYKER 66, PAULDING 28

PAULDING - Stryker's Molly Boetz scored 15 points, and Brook Hancock, 11. Paulding was led by Tiffany Razo and Cassie Kauser, both of whom had nine points each.

BRYAN 54, MONTPELIER 41

MONTPELIER - Jessie Fee poured in 17 points for Bryan, and teammates Brianna Garver and Andrea Wehman both had 11 points each. Karli Thomas and Khrysta Long had 13 points each for Montpelier.
