Woodmore wins in final minutes


Woodmore 21, Otsego 20

ELMORE -- With less than a minute left, the Wildcats scored on a five-yard touchdown pass from Jon Sandwisch to Zach Broussia. The score brought Woodmore to within one of Otsego. Sandwisch then connected with Brossia again for the two-point conversion to give Woodmore its first Northern Buckeye Conference victory.

Sandwisch threw for 284 yards and also had a 61-yard scoring pass to Coleton Bihn and also had a 19-yard rushing touchdown for Woodmore (2-5, 1-3 NBC).

David Fleetwood had 207 rushing yards for Otsego (3-4, 1-3 NBC) including two touchdown runs (68 and four yards).

Knights quarterback Ryan Smoyer had a 10-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Teets.
