Bulldogs, Flyers win to stay tied for first-place

Rossford 47, Eastwood 25
PEMBERVILLE -- Alaina Mitchell scored 16 points as the Bulldogs stayed tied with Lake atop the Northern Buckeye Conference girls basketball standings.
Julie Hotz and Courtney Morris had 10 each for Rossford (12-6, 10-3 NBC), which got off to a quick start, leading 17-3 after the opening quarter.
Diana Bushman's six points led Eastwood (6-13, 4-9).

Hannah Cox scored 14 points and Alyssa Shaffer had 11 to lead Lake (14-5, 10-3) at Owens Community College.

ELMORE --Andrea Bouldin and Kalyn Tate shared scoring honors for Woodmore with 14 points each.
Brittney Wolford and Allie Wank added 10 each for the Wildcats (11-8, 9-4).
Taylor Beck led the Comets (7-12, 4-9) with 10 points.
Elmwood 52, Otsego 50
BLOOMDALE -- Sierra Beckford had 22 points to lead the Royals (11-8, 7-6). Brittany Gross added 10.
Kylee Bernthisel had 13 points and Hanna Gruelich 12 for the Knights (10-9, 8-5).
Southeast Michigan
Bedford 59, Monroe 47
MONROE -- Taylor Foster scored 19 points and Ellen Hays added 18 for the Mules Friday night in a Southeastern Conference girls basketball game.
Bedford (11-6, 6-4 SEC) converted 20 of 27 at the free-throw line to 11 of 16 for Monroe.
Jordan Strauss scored 20 points for Monroe (9-7, 5-5) and Taylor Carroll contributed 12.
