Polar Bears rally to win


Woodward 31, Northwood 28

K’Shawna Barnett scored 12 points Monday night to lead the Polar Bears to a victory in girls basketball.

Megan Roach scored 12 for the Rangers.

Barnett had four points in the last quarter as Woodward held a 7-2 advantage to overcame a 26-24 deficit.

Evergreen 49, Ottawa Hills 43

Haili Mossing tied the game to force an overtime where the Vikings (11-10) got the road win.

Mossing ended with 18 points and was aided by Kendalyn Noe with 11.

Michelle Healy had 13 and Allie DeWire 12 for the Green Bears (10-9).

Sandusky St. Mary 58, Cardinal Stritch 51

Dani Parish scored 15, Hannah Snow 14 and Natalie Colavincenzo 11 for the Panthers (2-18).

The Cardinals (11-10) were led by Cecelia Gozdowski with 16 and Abby Mass with 11.

Emmanuel Christian 37, Monclova Christian 24

Chelsea Graham scored 14 and Mackenzie McCauley 11 for the Warriors (6-11).

The Thunder (4-12) were paced by Elizabeth Kaiser with 11.
