Dear Friends:

It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to the HBA 84 Lumber Parade of Homes. This year our format is a scattered site parade, with 24 exciting homes located from Perrysburg to Temperance, Maumee to Sylvania. You will see custom homes priced over $700,000, affordable homes priced below $170,000 and everything in between.

If you are looking for a new home with fresh ideas, this year s Parade of Homes has the most innovative and creative ideas that have ever been introduced at one time. Builders are focused on building into their products major differences in the types, styles and technologies than you might find in homes built in the past.

I want to thank our sponsor, 84 Lumber for their support of the Parade of Homes. I d also like to acknowledge The Blade and The Andersons for their time and efforts. These companies are vital to the success of this event and without their dedication and loyalty to the HBA of Greater Toledo, this Parade would not be possible.

The HBA of Greater Toledo is comprised of more than 550 companies representing 14,000-plus dedicated, progressive and energetic professionals who make up the best in Toledo residential new construction and remodeling. If you are in need of one of these professionals or want more information about this year s exciting Parade of Homes, please visit our Web site at or call the HBA at 419-473-2507 or toll free at 1-877-4TOL HBA.
