Adrian man in court in molestation case

ADRIAN - An Adrian man was arraigned yesterday on charges that he molested a girl in 1993 and 1994.

Philip Louis Bacon, Jr., 45, appeared before Judge Natalie Koselka in Lenawee County District Court. He is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13 years of age and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13.

Mr. Bacon, who was returned to the Lenawee County jail after his hearing, is scheduled for a preliminary exam May 20.
