The Mud Hens will begin selling single-game Opening Day tickets at 9 a.m. on March 5. Opening Day is set for Friday, April 15 against Durham, with first pitch set for 5:30 p.m.
Tickets for the rest of the 2005 season will go on sale Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. Among the available tickets are Opening Night on Saturday, April 16, the first of 26 games that will include post-game fireworks; Kids Opening Day on Sunday, April 17, and the remaining 69 games on the 2005 schedule.
All tickets for Opening Day and all fireworks games are $8. Those for the rest of the regular season are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and children ages 12 and under.
Tickets will be sold at the two box offices at Fifth Third Field: One is down the first-base line at 406 Washington St. near the corner of St. Clair, while the other is at the corner of Washington and Huron streets behind home plate.

The Mud Hens have pre-sold more than 250,000 tickets for the 2005 season, roughly half of last season's total attendance of 544,778. The team's single-season attendance record is the 547,204 fans who came to Fifth Third Field in its inaugural season of 2002.
