COLUMBUS — Mike Rabelo and Danny Worth each homered for Toledo and Enrique Gonzalez pitched six dominating innings as the Mud Hens crushed the Columbus Clippers 10-1 yesterday.
After three scoreless innings, Rabelo hit a three-run home run in the fourth to give Gonzalez a three-run cushion.
While the Clippers got a run back in the bottom of the fourth, Gonzalez was able to stymie Columbus' bats. He threw six innings, giving up six hits, one unearned run, no walks, and struck out five to earn his first win of the season.
Jason Waddell and Scot Drucker combined to threw three scoreless innings of relief.
