The Mud Hens offense managed just six hits in a 4-2 loss to Indianapolis at Fifth Third Field on Wednesday morning.
The Indians had only six hits off Toledo starter Thad Weber and the Hens bullpen, but five of them were for extra bases.
Andy Marte homered in the second, and back-to-back sixth-inning doubles by Chase d'Arnaud and Pedro Ciriaco led to two more runs in the sixth. Indy's final run came in the eighth thanks to a two-out RBI double by Alex Presley.

Both Hen runs came in the eighth inning when they strung together three of their hits. A single by Andy Dirks and a double by Scott Sizemore set up a run-scoring groundout by Timo Perez and a two-out RBI single by Scott Thorman.
The Mud Hens and Indians will play a doubleheader at Fifth Third Field Thursday, with first pitch set for 5:30 p.m.
