Singing, dancing at Manor House

Area singers and dancers present Music in the Grand Manor: Elegant Musical Embellishments at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in the Manor House of Wildwood Preserve Metropark, 5100 West Central Ave. Tickets are $10. Information: 419-535-3050.

Soprano Christina Clark will join conductor Andrew Massey and the Toledo Symphony at 8 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday in the Toledo Museum of Art Peristyle. Tickets range from $15 to $39. Information: 246-8000.

The Kent State University Chinese Ensemble, featuring Mark Lee Pringle's Lion Dance Troupe, will perform at 8 p.m. tomorrow in the Recital Hall of the University of Toledo's Center for the Performing Arts. The Collegiate Chorale and University Women's Chorus will perform at 8 p.m. tomorrow in Kobacker Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center at Bowling Green State University.

Other programs in Kobacker include the A Cappella Choir and the University Men's Chorus at 8 p.m. Saturday; the BGSU Symphonic Band at 3 p.m. Sunday, and a presentation by area students called “New Works for Youth: A Cross-Cultural Partnering of Youth Music Ensembles” at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Scheduled in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore center are the university's Tuba and Euphonium Ensemble at 8 tonight; student composers' new music at noon Tuesday, and the Jazz Guitar Ensemble at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Jazz vocalist Jon Hendricks and his vocal ensemble will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Toledo Yacht Club, 3900 North Summit St. Tickets are $20, $10 for students. Information: 419-530-4279.

Samuel Szor will conduct vocalists and members of the Toledo Symphony in Mozart's Coronation Mass at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in First Congregational Church, 2315 Collingwood Blvd.

Masterworks Chorale and Toledo Ballet present Orff's Carmina Burana at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Valentine Theatre, 400 North Superior St. Tickets range from $18 to $45. Information: 419-242-2787.

The Cantate Domino Choir School will perform at 4 p.m. Sunday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 428 North Erie St. A free-will offering will be taken.

Handbell ringers from 18 churches will perform at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Bowling Green High School, 530 West Poe Rd., Bowling Green. A free-will offering will be taken.
