Dulcimer sounds at Wolcott

The Black Swamp Dulcimers perform from 7 to 9 tonight at the Wolcott House Museum Complex, 1031 River Rd., Maumee.

Jazz vocalist Ramona Collins performs from 6:30 to 8:30 tonight in the Jazz in the Garden series at Toledo Botanical Garden, 5403 Elmer Dr. Tickets are $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for members of the Toledo Jazz Society or Toledo Botanical Garden.

Hep Cat Revival performs at 7 tonight in Woodlands Park, at the corner of State Rt. 795 and East Boundary Street, Perrysburg. In case of rain, the event moves to the Schaller Building, 130 West Indiana Ave.

The final Brown Bag Concert at Three Meadows Park Shelter House in Perrysburg will be held at noon today. Steve Kaminsky will perform rain or shine. If, however, the weather turns stormy, the concert will be cancelled.

Vocalist Jackie Lee performs at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the Glyn M. Smith amphitheater in Ottawa Park.

The Johnny Knorr Orchestra is presenting music from the World War II era from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. tomorrow at Centennial Terrace, 5773 Centennial Rd., Sylvania. Tickets are $8. Information: 419-690-0500.

The Cassandra Ballet of Toledo and the Heinzman School of Irish Dance join conductor Sam Szor and the Toledo Concert Band in "Disney Goosebumps: Kids," a Music Under the Stars concert at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Toledo Zoo amphitheatre.

The Celtic group Ten Mile Creek performs at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Stranahan Arboretum, 4131 Tantara Dr. A suggested donation is $5. Information: 419-841-1007.

The North Coast Big Band performs at 4 p.m. Sunday in the timber frame pavilion near Bluebell Island on Front Street, Grand Rapids. In the case of rain, the event moves to Town Hall on Front Street.

Violinist Karl Meyer and pianist Samantha Biniker perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Way Public Library, 101 East Indiana Ave., Perrysburg.

and the Lakeside Symphony open a four-week season with music by Dvorak, Liszt, Tchaikovsky, and Johann Strauss at 8:15

p.m. Wednesday in Hoover Auditorium, Lakeside, on the Marblehead Peninsula. Concert admission is free, but there is a Lakeside gate fee of $12.25 for adults and $8.50 for children 10 to 18. Information: 866-952-5374 or 419-798-4461.

The Ohio Light Opera presents The Merry Widow at 2 today; The Vagabond King at 8 tonight and 2 p.m. Tuesday; The Violet of Montmartre at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; The Mikado at 8 p.m. Saturday and Wednesday; and South Pacific at 8 p.m. Sunday and 2 p.m. Wednesday.

All theatrical performances are in the Freedlander Theatre on the College of Wooster campus. Tickets are $36 for adults, and $18 for students. Information, 330-263-2345.
