Ohio's jam band ekoostik hookah is making its semi-regular summer sojourn to Toledo with a show Saturday night at Centennial Terrace in Sylvania.
The five-man band plays a mix of rock, jazz, blues, funk, and bluegrass, and they've been at it since 1991.
They broke up briefly a few years ago, but they're back together now and touring regularly.
ekoostik hookah has released eight CDs. They're best known for their improvisationally-rich live shows.
Doors open at 8 p.m. for Saturday'sshow at the 5773 Centennial Rd. venue. Tickets are $20 at the gate for the all-ages show.
