A big blue pal

The Croswell Opera House presents a homegrown version of the Nickelodeon Network's Blue's Clues Live!

Steve and his larger-than-life puppy, Blue, will be seeking help from children in the audience to solve problems they encounter as they try to find “The Most Spectacular Place.”

Blue will be played by Alyssa Martinez of Adrian and Steve by Steven Kiss of Bedford, Mich. Working as puppeteers, voiceover actors, and in other roles are Michigan residents Devante Buie, Bella DiPietro, Kolton Kisor, Allie Lewis, Katie Metz, Scotland Mills, and Peggy Snead of Adrian; Diane DuRussel of Manchester; Marlena Hilderly and Rebecca Nowak of Tecumseh, and Eddie Bishop of Hudson. John MacNaughton directs.

Performances of “Blue's Clues Live!” are at 7 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the theater at 129 East Maumee St., Adrian. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors, and $6 for children 12 and younger. A family package includes two adults and two children's tickets for $25. Information: 517-264-7469.
