Bowersox to perform at Monroe C.C. April 2

MONROE — American Idol runner-up and Toledo-area native Crystal Bowersox will perform at Monroe County Community College at 7:30 p.m. April 2.

The concert will be in the La-Z-Boy Center on the college’s main campus, 1555 South Raisinville Rd., in Monroe Township.

Reserved tickets will go on sale for $30 at 10 a.m. Tuesday. They can be purchased online at monroeccc.edu/theater or by calling 734-384-4272 or in person at the cashier’s office, which is in the Warrick Student Services/Administration Building. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. There is a $3 surcharge for tickets purchased online. If available, tickets also will be sold at the door. Discounts do not apply to this event.

Singer-guitarist Kevin Daniels of Monroe will be the opening act.
