The Jersey Boys are finally on their way to Toledo. The wildly popular rock-and-roll musical is part of the Lincoln Broadway Series at the Stranahan Theater. The documentary-style musical tells the story of four blue-collar boys from New Jersey who became pop sensations as Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, writing songs and selling more than 175 million records worldwide -- all before they were 30 years old. The musical opened on Broadway in 2005 and has won four Tony Awards and Britain's 2009 Olivier Award for best new musical. The show features such hits as "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh, What a Night," and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." Jersey Boys will be at the Stranahan for nearly three weeks, from Tuesday to Feb. 26. Tickets range from $35.50 to $128 and are available at the Stranahan box office and ticketmaster.com. To reach the Stranahan box office call 419-381-8851.
