BOWLING GREEN — Bob Dylan is set to play Bowling Green State University’s Stroh Center on April 21 to raise money for the American Red Cross Northwest Ohio region.

The rock icon who last played northwest Ohio when he was at the Toledo Zoo two years ago is raising money to help fund disaster preparedness, disaster relief, recovery assistance, and support for military members and their families.

Los Angeles-based folk-rock band Dawes will open for Dylan beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 8 at the Stroh Center box office and at ticketmaster.com. Tickets are $35 and $45. Student tickets are $25. VIP tickets ($125 each) are available through the Red Cross at 419-329-2573. Those tickets include food, beverages, and special seating.
