Justin Timberlake brought his smooth moves to the Roseland Ballroom in New York on Sunday night.

The nattily dressed crooner performed for nearly two hours with his band, also dressed in suits — and some in ties — for some 3,000 fans.

He started his set by strumming the guitar to “Like I Love You,” and his falsetto kicked in on “My Love.”

He danced throughout the 15-song set, running to the keys for “Until the End of Time” and “Seniorita,” where he told the crowd, “You’re like an eight right now.” He said they were a nine when he followed with “That Girl” from his new album, the double platinum-seller “The 20/20 Experience.”

He thanked the crowd for supporting his first release in seven years and performed the hits “Suit and Tie” and “Mirrors.” The album’s second half comes out on Sept. 30.

The 32-year-old singer’s stadium tour with Jay-Z kicks off July 17 in Toronto. Timberlake will launch a world tour in Montreal on Oct. 31, making a stop Nov. 16 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.

The Columbus show was announced Monday. Tickets, to go on sale at noon May 17, cost $48, $93, and $178 at Ticketmaster outlets. Fan-club presale seats will be available starting at 10 a.m. today. Visit www.justintimberlake.com/tennesseekids for information.

Knightley weds

A French mayor says Oscar-nominated actress Keira Knightley has said “oui” to rocker James Righton in a small wedding ceremony in southern France.

Aime Navello said he married them at the Mazan town hall on Saturday. Navello read the service in French and the couple responded in French and English. He said about 10 people were present.

Righton is keyboard player for the rock group Klaxons. He and Knightley got engaged a year ago.

Knightley first won notice for her role as a soccer-playing teenager in Bend It Like Beckham. She went on to star in the first three Pirates of the Caribbean movies and was nominated for an Oscar for playing Elizabeth Bennet in an adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.

Wrapping up

The actors who play Pam, Jim, Dwight, and other characters from NBC’s The Office bade farewell on Saturday to the northeastern Pennsylvania city of Scranton that was the TV setting for the show.

The mockumentary about quirky cubicle-dwellers at the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Co. ends May 16 after nine seasons, and a crowd of about 10,000 attended a “Wrap Party” in Scranton to show their appreciation.

Jenna Fischer, John Krasinski, Rainn Wilson, and other stars rode in classic convertibles and posed for photos as fans thronged around them. The stars later took the stage in front of the Lackawanna County Courthouse and played a concert with the Scrantones, the band that performed the show’s theme song.

Steve Carell, who played boss-buffoon Michael Scott, surprised fans at a celebration later at PNC Field, home of the New York Yankees’ Triple A affiliate.
