ASSOCIATED PRESS

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Police in Connecticut have identified the 30-year-old Massachusetts woman who was fatally struck by a truck while she tailgated at the Harvard-Yale game.

New Haven police say Nancy Barry of Salem was pronounced dead at Yale-New Haven Hospital shortly after a U-Haul truck carrying beer kegs accelerated into her and two others Saturday morning.

Police say 30-year-old Yale student Sarah Short of New Haven remained hospitalized Sunday and a third woman, Harvard employee Elizabeth Dernbach, was treated at a hospital Saturday and released.

Police have not released information about the U-Haul driver, who was in custody Saturday. No charges have been announced.
