The show features some of Toledo's best magicians in a setting that allows them to perform various sleight of hand and magic tricks up close with the audience.
"This all new show is a unique opportunity to experience talented close-up magicians with diverse performing styles in an intimate setting," said Toledo Society of Magicians member Martin Jarret in a news release. "Audience members will be amazed and fooled -- but most of all they will be entertained."
The show will be at the Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg with doors opening at 2 p.m and the show beginning at 3.
The featured magicians include Todd Christiansen, Fr. Mark Davis, Jake Dickey, Andy Dyko, James Dyko, Jarret, and Pattrick Przysiecki. The special guest performer is former Toledoan Mike Duseberg, a full-time magician who now lives in Florida and who initiated Toledo's first close-up magic show 10 years ago.
The magic will be performed just inches away from members of the audience. The magicians will repeat their acts in each of five performing rooms which guests select.
Juggler Cameron McEwan will entertain the guests during the pre-show period and intermission.
Tickets are $15 and are available from the performers. The show has been sold out early the past several years and tickets are not expected to be available at the door although a few remained at press time. Information: toledomagic.com/show.htm.
