20-year-old Toledo area woman sought for trying to withdraw another's money

Franklin: She was refused money from another woman's account by a bank teller.

Sylvania Township police are trying to locate a woman, identified as Jennifer Franklin, 20, a resident of the Toledo area, who is accused of trying to withdraw money from the bank account of another woman using the other woman's driver's license.

Using the lost or stolen driver's license, she allegedly attempted to make the withdrawal from the Huntington National Bank branch at 6655 West Central Ave at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 23.

The teller refused the withdrawal, after noting that Ms. Franklin did not match the driver's license photo.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Jim Rettig at 882-1250.

Maumee police would like to talk to an unsuspecting customer who walked in on a robbery at the In and Out Mart, 933 Michigan Ave., shortly after midnight Wednesday. Two men, one of them brandishing a handgun, took an undetermined amount of cash, after ordering the clerk and the customer to the floor.

The customer left the store before police arrived. He is asked to contact Maumee police Detective Elaine Nickoli at 897-7031.
