E. Toledo video store robbed at gunpoint

Two men robbed Video News, 221 Main St., in East Toledo at gunpoint and took an undetermined amount of money, police said.

The men walked around the store, picked a video from a rack, and walked to the counter about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. One of the men put the video on the counter. When an employee asked for identification, the other suspect pulled out a revolver and pointed it at two employees, police said.

One of the men demanded money and told the employees not to push the alarm. He grabbed money from the register, and the two fled, police said.
