Three people were arrested yesterday and about $2,000 worth of heroin was seized during a search of a room at an East Toledo hotel, Toledo police officers said.
Jackson Adams, 26, of 620 Earl St. was charged with possession of heroin, preparation of sale, possession of a dangerous drug, and unrelated misdemeanor warrants.
Sylvia Sotelo, 38, of Oregon was charged with permitting drug abuse, and Cornelius Darrington, 20, of 329 Meteor Ave. was arrested on unrelated warrants, vice Lt. Dan Schultz said.
Police searched the room about 12:30 p.m. after they arrested a 24-year-old Toledo man earlier in East Toledo for having a small amount of heroin. In addition to 20 grams of heroin, authorities seized $700 and a sawed-off shotgun, the lieutenant said.
