Sixty-six speeding citations were issued to drivers during Toledo police's citywide DUI blitz Tuesday.
Officers cited 11 people for seat-belt violations, nine for moving violations, and five for driving without licenses or who were driving on suspended licenses. Officers issued three warnings and assisted one motorist, traffic Lt. Kevin Keel said yesterday.
The sweep, which ran from about 3 p.m. to midnight, involved 10 traffic officers who worked overtime. The overtime was covered by grant money.
