A stolen pickup is hoisted from the Maumee River near the SS Willis B. Boyer. A witness reported seeing a man walk from the truck about 2:30 p.m. yesterday before it plunged into 131/2 feet of water. A car also was pulled up; both vehicles were empty, police said.
