Erie, Mich., man faces sex count in cyber case

Perrysburg police yesterday said they have arrested a Monroe County man who may have used the Internet to attempt a sexual liaison with a 14-year-old girl.

Brian William Bock, 50, of Erie was charged with importuning and was being held in the Wood County jail on $25,000 bond following his arrest in Perrysburg on Friday by that city s Internet child protection unit.

Police said a Perrysburg police officer posed as a 14-year-old and met Mr. Bock at a pre-arranged location. Mr. Bock s home computer was seized after a search warrant was executed at his house.
