FOSTORIA — A Huntington, W.Va., woman was arrested yesterday after an Ohio Highway Patrol trooper found 20 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $45,000 in her trunk.
Talisha Whitlock, 23, was held after state troopers stopped her car for a vehicle defect at 12:30 a.m. on U.S. 23, north of Fostoria. A trooper from the Fremont post said he smelled marijuana and later found the drugs secreted in the trunk.
Ms. Whitlock was charged with possession of marijuana and taken to the Wood County jail.
