DEFIANCE - Thirty people have been indicted in Defiance County Common Pleas Court after a nine-month local drug investigation, officials said yesterday.
The felony charges stem from cocaine and marijuana sales and involve individuals from several communities, including Defiance, Detroit, Napoleon, Toledo, Wauseon, Bryan, and Ney, Ohio.
The investigation was headed by the Defiance-based Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force, which is made up of several law enforcement agencies across northwest Ohio.
