Police seek bandit who took money from Findlay store

FINDLAY - The Findlay/Hancock County Crime Stoppers program is seeking help in finding a man who robbed a Sterling Store here last month.

A man wearing a dark mask and claiming to have a gun entered the store at 1058 Fostoria Ave. about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 24 and demanded money. He fled on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stoppers program, 419-425-8477. Callers are eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest or indictment.
