Items lie in front of 1637 Travis Drive after someone firebombed the house about 2:10 a.m. yesterday and flames spread to a neighboring home at 1635 Travis. Larry Gorniak, 42, who owns 1637 Travis, was treated at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center for burns on his back and smoke inhalation. He told authorities he was in the living room when a flammable object crashed through the window and exploded. His clothes caught fire so he changed them, then fl ed with his 8-year-old son, who wasn t hurt. The fire caused $50,000 damage.
