A South Toledo man accused in the attacks and robbery of a 90-year-old woman and an 87-year-old man has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury.
David McCrary, 35, of 314 Somerset St. was indicted on three counts of felonious assault; two counts each of aggravated robbery, theft, and failure to comply with an order or a signal of a police officer, and one count each of kidnapping, aggravated burglary, grand theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft, and receiving stolen property.
Mr. McCrary allegedly attacked and robbed the woman in her Andora Drive home on July 8 and allegedly robbed the man on July 9 in the parking lot of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
