An East Toledo man charged with firing a shot at his cousin, grazing his head, was arraigned yesterday in Toledo Municipal Court.
James Uhlenberg, 38, of 1616 Botkins Drive was being held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond on a felonious assault charge. He was arrested early Sunday at Toledo Hospital.
He is accused of shooting Jeffrey Morris, 39, of the Botkins address, at their home Saturday.
