WOODVILLE A Woodville man faces several charges after police found marijuana inside his home.
Gary Emch, 36, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, and escape.
Officers went to his home on Monday to question him about a telephone harassment complaint made against him and smelled marijuana smoke when he opened the door.
He refused to let officers in, so they returned about an hour later with a search warrant and found about three pounds of marijuana inside.
Mr. Emch was handcuffed and placed in a police cruiser, but he escaped through a window. He was found a short time later in a neighbor s garage.
Bond was set at $10,000 during a hearing yesterday in Sandusky County Court, Woodville.
