Toledo man indicted in death of girlfriend

A Toledo man accused in the beating death of his girlfriend was indicted yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury for aggravated murder.

Darryl Richardson, 43, was indicted in the homicide of Lori Rivera, whose severely beaten body was found Aug. 18 in Toledo Spain Plaza across from the Executive Towers apartment building, where they lived.

Mr. Richardson is being held in the county jail in lieu of $500,000 bond.
