2 face delinquency counts in Everett Street break-in

Two boys were charged yesterday with delinquency in connection with aggravated burglary for a break-in at a home in the 100 block of Everett Street, police said.

The youths, 12 and 15, were each charged with two counts of aggravated burglary after police said they allegedly kicked down the victim s door about 9:30 a.m. and left when he claimed to be having a heart attack.

They were being held in the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center.

The juveniles also were charged with delinquency in connection with aggravated burglary Aug. 17 and criminal damaging Wednesday for incidents at the same residence, police said.
