3 drivers are arrested in Ottawa County crackdown

MARBLEHEAD, Ohio Three drivers were arrested this weekend during a two-hour crackdown in which 134 vehicles were stopped in Ottawa County s Danbury Township.

The checkpoint was operated from 11 p.m. Friday until 1 a.m. yesterday. One of the drivers who appeared to have been drinking excessively was arrested at the checkpoint.

The other two were pulled over nearby, deputies said.
